Is your team struggling to solve chronic problems? Collaborating with creatives like artists and cultural strategists helps get to the root of problems,
generate new solutions, and inject creativity into your team’s approach. This 3-part workshop series offers simple and actionable training to give you the tools to better tackle problems by working directly with creatives who bring fresh approaches that help your team. Participants will leave with a plan for a pitch to integrate creatives into their team’s work. Solutions could range from artist residencies to long-term collaborations with arts organizations to fellowships, special projects and more.
This workshop is open to any field, with an emphasis on government and the public sector.

2. What is my case and how do I make it? | Oct 1, 11-12:30 PT / 2-3:30 ET
Build the architecture of a good pitch to your team for why they should engage a creative collaboration, how it helps meet their goals, and why it is uniquely valuable. Takeaway: Create the building blocks of making your case for your opportunity/program design
3. Making the case | Nov 2, 11-12:30 PT / 2-3:30 ET
Rehearsing your case-making in a group setting and receive feedback to improve your pitch and send you on your way. Takeaway: Rehearse making your case
